There is no form on this page. One address, and it comes to me:

entityupkeep@docsanddeadlines.com

Everything gets read. Most things get a reply inside a few days — longer in September, when a lot of states put their annual report deadlines in the same fortnight and my own filings come first.

What I'd especially like to hear about

Corrections. If a state has moved its annual report deadline, renamed a form, replaced its filing portal, changed a fee, or altered how long a reinstatement window stays open, and a page here still describes the old version — tell me, ideally with the agency page you saw it on. The same goes for a link that now lands on a dead page or a generic search screen, which is how most of these guides go stale. A correction is not a complaint here; it is the only way this subject stays accurate between rewrites.

Gaps. A notice type nobody explains. A form whose instructions assume you already know the answer. A step that only becomes visible once you have got it wrong. If you went hunting for one of those and came back with nothing usable, that is the next thing worth writing. Most of what is already on this site started as somebody describing what they could not find.

Questions. Tell me the sentence where a guide stopped being clear. I cannot look at your own filings, but "this page ends one step before I needed it to" is a bug report, and the fix goes back into the page where everyone gets it.

What I can't help with

  • Reviewing your specific notice, letter, or filing, or telling you whether you are currently in good standing — your state's business entity search will answer that faster than I can
  • Advising whether you owe a filing in a particular state, whether an activity creates a filing obligation there, or what an operating agreement provision means
  • Anything involving a lawsuit, a served summons, a tax assessment, or a collections notice — a deadline is running and that needs an attorney or a CPA licensed where you are, not a website
  • Filing anything on your behalf, acting as a registered agent, or recommending a formation, compliance, or agent service
  • Sponsored posts, paid guest articles, or inserting a link into an existing page — no rate, no exceptions, and no reply

Same address, with [Business] at the front of the subject line, for press questions, syndication, or permission to reproduce anything from here.
